MOWER SAFETY

Duration: 3hrs.

Cuts, burns, fires, hearing loss and even death can happen when operating lawn mowers. This course is designed to familiarize participants with the safe use, care and maintenance of a mower, as well as personal protective equipment (PPE) required.

CERTIFICATION: Upon successful completion of the course, a wallet card and all necessary paperwork for each participant will be submitted to the employer as proof of training.

REQUIREMENTS: This course requires participants to have suitable clothing (weather suited) and personal protection equipment (ie: CSA certified safety boots, safety glasses) for the practical portion of the course.
