COMPLIANCE REPORTING

Based on your hazardous materials, facility/site, and company policies, a Compliance Report developed by PROFACTS will be provided to the employer regarding safety status with respect to compliance of the health and safety development for the jobsite, or workplace.

The compliance reports will describe actions required by the company in order to comply with specific legal requirements. PROFACTS is dedicated to continue meeting the safety goals with the employer until compliance has been achieved.
